Our Commisssion: Although the affiliate plans vary slightly from one gaming site to the next, generally, our commission is 20% - 35% of the net monthly revenue generated by the players we refer.

The commission percentage is dependent on the overall volume of play generated on a monthly basis by all of our referred players at that site. For example, Full Tilt Poker currently pays us 20% when volume is up to $10,000 and 25% when its over $10,000. We are also constantly negotiating with the gaming sites to provide even higher commissions than the posted rates. Whatever success we have in getting the rate increased is largely for your benefit as 75% of it goes to you!

Although we think it is very unlikely, there is no guarantee that the Gaming Sites for which we offer rebates won't disallow our rebates, or go out of business, disallow U.S. players, or otherwise refuse to pay us. If that happens we will let you know as soon as we know, so you can discontinue playing there and perhaps sign up for one of our other rebate programs.

Our payment to you is contingent on us being paid by the online gaming site based on your play.

All of our offers, promotions, and benefits are intended only for venues where legal. You understand that gambling laws may vary from city to city, state to state and country to country. Threshold Requirement: Our rebate programs are designed for sophisticated online gamblers who play enough poker hands or make enough casino or sports book bets to generate at least $500 in net monthly revenue to each online gaming site they choose.

This threshold can usually be reached with as little at 5 hours of poker playing. If you do not meet that minimum threshold by the end of the month at an online gaming site, there is no rebate paid for that month for that gaming site. If you sign up at more than one site, the threshold requirement applies to each separately. Neither the deficiency nor any revenue is carried over to the next month - each month starts fresh.

On Full Tilt Poker your rakeback is paid directly into your playing account. Currently, the best method of payment we have for your Bodog rebates is to deposit them to your Full Tilt Poker player account. If that is not possible for you, please email us to let us know and we will try to find an alternative payment method for you.

Rebates and rakebacks are calculated after the end of the Month in which they were earned, and are available for verification and payment by the 15th of the next Month. So, for example, the rebates you earn during October are calculated shortly after the end of October and are available for verification and payment by the 15th of November.

You must verify rebates

After the 15th of each month:
- Log in to Poker Province and check your reports to see what you've earned.
- Use our contact form to send us an email verifying that our calculations are accurate and you accept the amount.
- Within 48 hours after we receive that email from you, we will pay the rebate / rakeback.
- Lastly, log in to your gaming sites' cashier to verify you've received payment.
